Passport seekers are encouraged to apply for online. Those  applications 
which have no needs Police Reports, we send it Personalization Center,
 Dhaka for printing  Passport within 1/2 working days.
 Emergency and general applications are being confirmed to send 
the police verification form to the concerned SB / DSB the next day.
 Immediate service is provided to disabled or sick people with the help of wheelchairs.
 Initiatives for continuous development of quality of services
 through regular inspection and monitoring. Arrangements are being made to 
settle the complaints of applicants using regular public hearing and social media.
